I was new to the world of going to the gym but after just a few sessions I got to grips with everything and the bespoke training I received has really made a big difference. There's people of all abilities and levels here with loads of different goals from getting trim before a wedding, working to bulk up or just get a little bit fitter and healthier which was my goal. Plus, there's always a good, positive atmosphere in the gym. Would recommend.

Fantastic venue to train. All of the PTs are great, in particualr Jez. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and colleagues.

The friendliest, most supportive place I’ve trained in London. Having a PT train you in a place dedicated to personal training focuses the mind and means you don’t feel self conscious in front of hardcore gym goers when you don’t know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing just yet. All the trainers are super welcoming and the atmosphere is one of a big family so you’re guaranteed a laugh no matter what time of the day you train.

Came here after seeing their adverts around Angel and making the first call to them was one of the best things I’ve done. I had clear goals to slim down for my wedding and working with Aaron I lost a fair chunk of weight. Now 2 months after the wedding I’m still going. Friendly team who will help you achieve your goals!

I had for several years passed the adverts for Revolution on the tube at Angel and been intrigued...but dubious of the promise and slightly terrified it would all be very macho and shouty! I couldn't have been more wrong. From the outset, the team have been warm and welcoming and incredibly clear in what they offer and how you get results. My personal trainer Ele is a genius and gives me a brilliant mix of motivation and congratulation. The programme of exercises is always varied and interesting and she is working very closely with me to ensure a persistent leg injury niggle I have doesn't flare up and is in fact, helping to make it better. The diet and health advice is also kept very clear, simple and trackable. Most importantly, we are getting results! Highly recommend.

I have been training at Revolution for 8 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results and support I’m getting.Before joining Revolution, even the thought of walking in to a gym and working out would put me off but now I really look forward to every session.Ele is an absolute star and pleasure to train with. She has taught me so much about my general health and fitness. All credit goes to her for how far I’ve come and how much my overall health and fitness has improved :)
