Having a PT train you in a place dedicated to personal training focuses the mind and means you don’t feel self conscious in front of hardcore gym goers when you don’t know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing just yet. All the trainers are super welcoming and the atmosphere is one of a big family so you’re guaranteed a laugh no matter what time of the day you train.
