Arrived at 8:49 , on the first day of Spring after dinner. Associate was outside cleaning and yelling out to customers as they arrived “ There’s no more ice’”. When I explained that the offer was until 9pm. She stated “ I’m not going to make more ice. Ice takes 30 minutes to make, I’m not going to make more “ . When I asked “why didn’t you make more at 8:30? She stated “ I did for those that were on line I’m not making anymore , I’m just not “ she later agreed that she would only extend the offer for the next day for my party of 2 and another party of 2 that arrived seconds before me. As cars arrived she continued to yell to arriving customers “ No more ice”. When asked if the offer was good the next day, they were informed No !
Feedback:
I bought an orange ice today and was so disappointed. The sign said the flavor was orange but it should say orange peel. It was bitter and hand chunks of the peel in it. It was so bad we dumped it down the drain. Rita's needs to do better with the sign favors. Call them what they really are.
