My wife and I had lunch at The Rumbis at Quarry Bend in Sandy, Utah. For $20 ++ I received a small bowl of white rice with a few chunks of chicken on it. My wife had a large tossed mango salad. She could not find any mango nor much of anything else but leaf lettuce. I felt the food was poor and way over priced. We will not eat at Rumbi's again.

I went in for a salad. I asked if I could substitute grilled chicken in the sweet pork salad because I did not want the sugar. I was told that they could not substitute. My other options were chicken n shrimp salad (I am allergic to seafood), salad with Caesar dressing (which contains anchovies), and a BBQ salad (many bbq sauces also contain Worcestershire sauce which usually contains anchovies). I was disappointed I could not get any salad with just plain grilled chicken.

Besides the smaller portion sizes, no more caramelized walnuts on salads, fries with sandwiches and limes for drinks (yes we noticed) the fact I was overcharged and had to call SEVERAL times and speak to SEVERAL managers/shift leaders: Kenzi, Brittney and Kevin (especially rude and acted like I was actually lying about it) I got no where. I had to dispute with credit card. Then I was promised a free meal card that NEVER came so the Jordan Landing Location in West Jordan sucks. Bad customer service, bad experience and no more extras to make the place stand out from a plethora of restaurants I can go to instead.

The way the menu is written and the extra they try to charge is not right. The Aloha Tacos say that they come with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or shrimp and that it comes with your choice of rice. But then they try to charge for the shrimp extra and the rice. I had to argue for 10 min. and then was told they would discount it and it still was 8.97 when it said on the menu it was 7.99 plus tax
