Tried on several occasions to speak to someone about a problem with the Balham Branch and the disgusting way I was treated and spoken to by the so called assistant manager over the phone. and yes the half price promotion doesn't seem to be true as I was also charged the full amount and am trying to get a refund for the over charge.But instead it's seems to be ok for the salon staff to ring customers and abuae them.Thankfully I only went there once.I only went there because my branch of headmasters were having a reverb.I couldn't recommend Headmasters in Balham enough. 5 star.
