I made an appointment online and went to the salon in Watford where there was no record of the appointment . I was annoyed as it has been a long time since I had time to go and I had a one year old with me . I made it clear I was annoyed but it obviously wasn’t the salons fault as the don’t run the website . I was about to leave when the stylist came back into the salon and asked what was wrong, we told him and he stared at the computer screen and I told him that it was fine I would speak to head office the next day. He looked at me said ‘ah well I never made it not my problem’! Then stomped across the salon floor, I asked him why he was rude to me and he carried on , when I said I was leaving yelling ‘ bye bye bye’ at me, I told him that I was going to leave a review on a site I use a lot, netmums, his contempt was palpable ! This is only a fraction of what he said , I am still in shock at his behaviour ! Avoid this store it is not relaxing, pleasant or any of the other pleasantries they put on their website !
