Awful policies for customers who have had their hair cut even! They expected me to go into a salon to confirm the hair is uneven, even after I sent images, as apparently images aren't good enough! Untrained people like myself can see its uneven! Never going back to Rush again or recommending to anyone! FYI I have attached a picture I hope someone from Head Office will see, please take note of the red line....doesn't look straight to me. Maybe you can pass this onto someone at the Ealing salon to confirm?
