Just received a phone call after having just graduated from college trying to set me up with a contract position with Wal-Mart. Seemed legit, until the questions became more and more invasive: Demanding my middle name when they already had first/last, complete address and zip code, last four of my SSN, driver's license info, birthdate... aside from the address, none of these are required on an application, let alone when they're the ones calling you first. When I told him I wouldn't be giving him any of the information he requested, he became very agitated and insistent that I give him the information, or I would be walking away from a wonderful opportunity. Anyone else would understand my hesitation and wouldn't push for it. Now, I've applied to Wal-Mart directly, as well as for companies that I know do hiring/training for them, and they require none of this information. I'd be very wary of doing business with them.

Team Saicon has helped me a great in kick start my career. I was facing the problem in my career front for last few years and nothing was working out .I was failing up in all front and nothing was working out for me and i end up in some low end jobs. When I approached to the Saicon for a job that they have published in the social Media It was a turning point for me. US office numbers listed on website don't work, they asked me to interview for a job they already placed me in...more than once, tell me to post my time and its already been approved by the client supervisor. The worst is I have been asked by the client to take on more responsiblies and Siacon employees refuse to answer emails or voicemail regarding this.

Contacted me about a 3 month contract job, as a warehouse assistant, in Kansas. I currently have a permanent position, as an engineer, in Connecticut. The fact that they would send emails so haphazardly shows that they take no care in their candidate selection process.

A recruiter named Shahi Hussain contacted me about a position at Pharmaceutical company in Lenexa KS. I told him I was on my way to an appointment and that I would need to do a little research and I would get back to him. I did some research on Saicon and saw some bad reviews and so I sent him an email saying after careful consideration I did not want him to submit me. He sent me an email saying he HAD submitted me to the client. This is completely unethical and just plain wrong. If I was interested in having another CREDIBLE company submit me I wouldn't be able to. This made me very upset to say the least. With all the recruiting companies I have worked with not one of them has done anything like this!! Stay away from this company!
