We love the Kalamazoo, MI location and for Christmas this year, my kids asked the family for gift cards. They wanted to sign up for the membership and get unlimited jumping for a monthly fee. Well, when we went to sign up, we found out they couldn’t use their gift cards for the membership (even though it doesn’t state this anywhere in the fine print). It has to do with the way they do their billing. Anyhow- there wasn’t anything our location could do. But when I contacted corporate they promptly responded and took care of it by refunding our gift cards and using the credit card with the refund for the membership. They went out of their way to make things right and for that, we will remain loyal customers! I can always appreciate it when a company can listen to its customers and make things right.
