Feedback:

Went to Sky zone in Irving Tx. With passes my kids received from school for have perfect grades. They refused to take them said they were not good and would not take them. There was no expires date My youngest son left crying. Nice job sky zone you give rewards for doing good, but don't except them.

I had my sons 9th birthday party at the covina location. Paid for 20 guests plus extra jump time and extra menu items which as expensive as it was it was fine as that’s what he wanted but the experience was horrible for what I spent. When we went to eat and have cake in our private room it was horrible. First the room had no air after jumping for an hour. Than there was nothing ready yet, no food no drinks. The host was rude. Everything came out late...the salad came out after me asking 4 times after the cake. My candles and plates for cake I brought were lost and I understand it was busy but when I asked the host didn’t care and continued to try to light the candles. She said we need to leave the room soon as our “time” was almost up which didn’t make sense since everything was late. I served my own guests. I found 2 managers and they said they would add jump time and when we received our stickers there was no jump time added and soon after the staff was trying to kick the kids out at which point I found the general manager and after explaining everything he said they would investigate. Investigate what?! I spent almost 800 dollars and they did nothing to accommodate all their mistakes. Super dissapointed and will not be returning. I than said all this in the survey I received and was very dissapointed not to receive so much as a phone call from Your company.

I went to sky zone yesterday since kids were off, it was twelve of us. I was told there was not a family night because of Presidents day so I had to pay for each person including three dollars for socks. We got there at 5pm and was told our jump time would not be until six fifteen. I ordered a few pizzas and asked if i can order a couple pitchers of soda only to be told i cant order pitchers of pop. so i had to order individual soda for everybody. so we waited for food not to be told pizzas were ready. i go back up get pizza then waited for drinks by this time it was jump time it was a waste of money. so i put names on drinks and they played 45 minutes. When kids finished the table next to me had pitchers of pop with small plastic cups. i was pissed we were not treated the same way and completely lied too!! and mistreated, I felt some kind of way. a bad experience. I spent too much money for drinks that were wasted. the staff felt it as i looked at pitchers of soda giving to other family when they thought i was gone. totally unprofessional.

Place is good for kids. I had a problem with a gift card went to Gardena location they told me i had to go to one that i purchased it at. It was a gift. I called the Corprate headquaters to get some help. Never got a call back. Lots of other things to do in Los Angeles then come back to this place. I have been here several times before but not going to be going back. Dissatisfaction with the customer service at the Gardena location they just said my gift card was not valid i let them know it was a gift they told me call corprate i never got a call back😓

When I arrived the room I had the air was broke then we had to move to a smaller room. Then later on my party and I were kicked out the room so they could set up and I was embarrassed and not satisfied with celebrating my sons 10th Birthday there. Also this was first time going to sky zone.

Cerritos, ca. location 6/23/19 -Lack of staff, staff not paying attention, not properly controlling activities, they have tiny children in dodgeball with grown adults throwing the ball violently as the staff has a conversation with the staff from the next area while none watch their area. Staff member watching two areas but did not even look at one of the areas for more than 20 minutes as there were multiple kids on the jousting beam while 5 others were playing in the foam pit below. Injuries just waiting to happen. Been to multiple locations and never seen this lack of care for customers safety, I guess that they figure you signed a waiver it's not necessary to do there jobs. Never coming back to this location.

Don't waist your money go to party kingdom horrible staff can't even find a waver has to do it twice so expensive and have to buy sock if you don't gave "their" grip socks and can't buy a grouponand use it same day never heard of that done it several times ,not on the website at all though never coming here again

Today was my sons birthday so we decided to take him and a few friends to sky zone in Queensbury, New York. We paid almost $200 dollars for 9 people to jump for 90 minutes, 4 adults, 5 kids. Which wouldn’t of been an issue at all until we started to try and do things with the kids around the facility. Dodgeball, we were not able to play with our children. There was no room to jump for any of the kids let alone adults. I asked multiple times to get my kids at least in a dodgeball game and was told they had to wait 30 minutes(33% of our jump time) So basically the kids were just standing around and even more so the adults. I decided to talk to a manager In hopes to receive some type of compensation because my son was let down we couldn’t do anything together and the adults literally stood there for 90 minutes even though we paid for jump time for them. I spoke with Noah the manager on duty and he refused to do anything to resolve the issue. He felt it was justified to charge 200 dollars for us to stand around. My sons birthday was ruined simply because number one the lady at the front counter failed to tell us that adults are limited to what they can do with their kids and that it was so busy there wasn’t even room for us to jump. Secondly because Noah the manager wouldn’t even hear me out or try to resolve it. This was the last time I will be a customer at any establishment associated with sky zone.

Annual passes! Do not purchase them! Franchise owners are taking huge amounts of birthday deposits and selling passes like crazy. Then they don't pay their bills and shut down and don't give your money back. Somebody in head office should really be keeping a better eye on your franchisees! 3 very disappointed kids in Surrey Canada.

We love the Kalamazoo, MI location and for Christmas this year, my kids asked the family for gift cards. They wanted to sign up for the membership and get unlimited jumping for a monthly fee. Well, when we went to sign up, we found out they couldn’t use their gift cards for the membership (even though it doesn’t state this anywhere in the fine print). It has to do with the way they do their billing. Anyhow- there wasn’t anything our location could do. But when I contacted corporate they promptly responded and took care of it by refunding our gift cards and using the credit card with the refund for the membership. They went out of their way to make things right and for that, we will remain loyal customers! I can always appreciate it when a company can listen to its customers and make things right. Thanks Sky Zone!
