Coaching helps me keep a better focus and urgency towards my goals. When I tell my coach my goals that I am excited to work towards I know it won't go under the radar, and he will check up on them. It has helped me overcome the mental barriers of a bigger goal with plenty of time, like a monthly, quarterly, or annual goal. It has helped me reduce procrastination and thinking I have plenty of time to get that done. Coaching has helped me instill and keep urgency in my business, which helps me maximize every single day and appointment to have that higher level of consistency because the bigger goal is kept on my mind.
