Backyard had some issues going on so Manager came out for inspection and suggested aeration and over-seeding. Aeration was performed (front yard was damaged by aeration machine and wasn't taken care of) however over-seeding was not done after several reminders. Left 3 messages with CSR to have manager call me back but no luck. Horrible service and will not renew for sure next year.

I was pleased with this company until a few months ago. I pay good money for good service. I will not continue business with incompetent people. My grass has chemical burns and now I have to pay good money to repair the damage from this company negligence. Not so happy excustomer😟

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I have been throwing away my money with this company, for three years now. For three years, I have complained about an issue I am having. They never addressed it. Personally, I don't feel that their knowledge level is high at all. What they want to do now is charge me an out of site price for something they think may, or may not, work. Are they totally out of their minds? Well, not on my dime. Horrible customer service!!! Wish there was a lower star rating that I could give this company.

Very accommodating when we switched services from old house to new house. Very helpful in setting it u . They were out quickly to start our continuing treatments at new house. Always giving recommendations of what we should do to keep yard looking great!
