Client Review on Spring Green
Feedback:
I've been having problems with weeds every since Spring-Green has been providing service. I have paid all my bills and made several inquiries about them correcting the problem. The field manager had finally responded to my call. He said he'd like to come out and Gabe me the time of 8:30am. I work for a living so I was not able to accommodate to his time. I had asked for a 3:30 meeting and his response was "I will be home by that time". We were not able to set an appointment unless I took off work to do so. This is not what I consider customer service. Horrible...
