The room is clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great! But I had so much trouble trying to check in. It seemed they had issues trying to look up the reservations in the system. First I was given a wrong room key, then I got it fixed. When I checked out, I got charged by Minibar which I did not consume anything at all. I do recommend people make sure you bill is correct after the stay. They may charge you something that you did not even take. I made phone call to their accounting department and had it refund to my account. The accounting department is very helpful actually.
