Marcella is horrible. Do not go here. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Hands down. The stylist Marcella Was clearly disgruntled and having an awful day. When I sat down she never asked me how I was doing. She proceeded to give me the most basic haircut you could ever asked for which was a bald head. She argued with me about how to do it because it appears that she’s never cut anyone’s hair that was slightly ethnic. I was polite the entire time and she nonetheless argued with me back-and-forth And kept pointing to her 25 years of experience. I have never been treated so poorly in any experience in my life. Plus a simple baldhead (10 minutes cut) cost $35. Completely overpriced. Do not go here.
