I want to begin this review by saying that I have experienced various workouts in Miami and have finally found something that works for me. The workouts at Steelhouse will meet your needs because they're personalized for you. The trainers are present to make sure you are utilizing the weights correctly and the exercises are varied and comprehensive. The owners are experienced and down to earth. I'm happy to say that I feel comfortable and welcomed here and highly recommend this gym because it will be your home away from home if exercise is an important part of your life.
