They are AWESOME!! Every six months or so I have to call in and get my ring coated cause I react to the nickel in it. They are always extremely friendly and have great customer service. (I've dealt with Raffi and Victor on several occasions). I have never once spoken to anyone who was curt or rude. They are also very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions for the problem I had with my ring. I would absolutely recommend them. Keep up the great service!
