They are AWESOME!! Every six months or so I have to call in and get my ring coated cause I react to the nickel in it. They are always extremely friendly and have great customer service. (I've dealt with Raffi and Victor on several occasions). I have never once spoken to anyone who was curt or rude. They are also very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions for the problem I had with my ring. I would absolutely recommend them. Keep up the great service!

Great experience. Hidden “gem” of Ann Arbor. They design and make custom pieces. So easy to work with and will help you make your jewelry visions into reality. Extremely fair pricing and SO trustworthy. Can not recommend enough. Ask for Raffi when wanting to design custom pieces. All staff is extremely helpful. Also purchased a watch from them - lifetime free replacement of the battery. This is NOT a chain jewelry store - please check them out.

The Diamond Factory has some of the best staff of any jewelry store I've visited. They are friendly, knowledgable and patient. They've done excellent repairs to a diamond tennis bracelet that I've had for years (not purchased from them). And when it came time to replace it recently, I shopped at several stores in the area and online. The Diamond Factory has excellent quality at the best prices. Raffi was very helpful in helping me pick out a gorgeous bracelet, and even applied an upcoming promo a few days early. They even provided a written appraisal upon purchase, so that I could get it insured right away. I can't wait to do a custom piece with them in the future.

We have been looking to reset a stone from a ring that was a part of a family estate. We visited the Diamond Factory on a whim one day when we were at the mall and ended up working with Raffi over a couple of visits to design a new setting for it. Victor turned the design into a new ring that far exceeded our expectation. The entire experience was fantastic. We are not experienced with jewelry design, and Raffi and Victor were patient with us explaining the process, what we could expect, and price options. Raffi and Victor were professional, pleasant, and very kind. The experience could not have been better.

Raffi was so friendly and showed me all of their amazing pieces of jewelry. Beautiful craftsmanship and kind, focused staff.
