The Diamond Factory has some of the best staff of any jewelry store I've visited. They are friendly, knowledgable and patient. They've done excellent repairs to a diamond tennis bracelet that I've had for years (not purchased from them). And when it came time to replace it recently, I shopped at several stores in the area and online. The Diamond Factory has excellent quality at the best prices. Raffi was very helpful in helping me pick out a gorgeous bracelet, and even applied an upcoming promo a few days early. They even provided a written appraisal upon purchase, so that I could get it insured right away. I can't wait to do a custom piece with them in the future.
