I would like to commend The Garage Door Depot for the wonderful service they provided in installing my new garage door and the aluminum capping on the door frame.I can not say enough praise and thanks for all the people involved. From Antony Rabie, the Sales representative, to the men who installed the door and the aluminum capping and the support people in the office.Antony was very pleasant to deal with, not pushy and went out of his way to really search for the door that fits my budget in the color I want, Evergreen which is I think not quite a popular color. The one he suggested turned out to be even better than the pricey ones based on my searching on this product and company.When there was a problem with the aluminum capping because the supplier which they currently deal with does not have the aluminum capping in the color that matches my garage door, Antony ‘came to the rescue’. He searched for a supplier that has the matching color. All in all very happy with my new garage door, aluminum capping, the service provided by all the people concerned at the price that I can afford.I will definitely recommend The Garage Door Depot. Special mention to Antony Rabie. He’s the best.

Great high quality service . Work was done in timely manner people were friendly , knowledgeable and professional . All my concerns were addressed. First we called for service because our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door. Monte came on time , fixed the problem very quickly and explain the issues . The door was 20 years old and we were planning to change it anyway but we did not expect that the spring will break before that. It was a nice surprise when he informed us that he will discount the spring when we order the door . The invoice was detailed and clear , no hidden fees . Installation was done on time - Joe was great , and whoever did the capping - WOW! - what a great attention to details . Thank you Garage Door Depot !

This was a very pleasant experience! I had found them on google when my mom's garage door broke. From the very first consultation to the installation they were very pleasant and patient with me and mom. They were not pushy and did not make feel dumb when asking all our questions some that we even repeated just to be certain. My mom is a senior and was very hesitant as my dad (who has passed) used to fit the garage door when it broke. So this was a very sensitive issue for my mom as she was reminded of my father, The sales consultant who was originally to come to fix the door told us that it could not be fixed and had to buy a brand new door as our original garage door was very old. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The Customer service lady as well when you call to book the appointments is very nice and pleasant also! The installers when they came where very nice and quick they answered all my moms questions and cleaned up after themselves. We are both so happy with the garage door depot and happy we went with them. Thank you so much Garage Door Depot we love the new door looks fantastic, our curb appeal looks so much better.

This was a very pleasant experience. From the person who sold us the door to the person who installed it. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. The disposal of the old garage door/opener and the installation of the new door and opener was done in a very clean and neat manner. The new garage door and opener are beautifully quiet. No longer do I experience a tractor driving through my living room every time the garage door is opened or closed. Thank you.

I had a Garaga garage door installed 3 months ago by the Garage Door Depot. I am extremely pleased with the whole process of getting an estimate, installation, and aluminum capping. Garaga door made in Canada is high quality, looks great, and opens and closes effortlessly manually. Price was competitive and all work was done in a timely manner. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Met Monty at the home show in Toronto (Mar 2018) very knowledgeable and you can see he knows his stuff. Had another quote that was slightly less, I spoke to Diana and she matched the price and provide a better product. Installation was quick, arrived on time the garage was left clean of any debry. I also got the outer capping and that was done 2 days later. The overall experience was A+ and the finish product is amazing
