This was a very pleasant experience! I had found them on google when my mom's garage door broke. From the very first consultation to the installation they were very pleasant and patient with me and mom. They were not pushy and did not make feel dumb when asking all our questions some that we even repeated just to be certain. My mom is a senior and was very hesitant as my dad (who has passed) used to fit the garage door when it broke. So this was a very sensitive issue for my mom as she was reminded of my father, The sales consultant who was originally to come to fix the door told us that it could not be fixed and had to buy a brand new door as our original garage door was very old. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The Customer service lady as well when you call to book the appointments is very nice and pleasant also! The installers when they came where very nice and quick they answered all my moms questions and cleaned up after themselves. We are both so happy with the garage door depot and happy we went with them. Thank you so much Garage Door Depot we love the new door looks fantastic, our curb appeal looks so much better.
