This gym is a good place to work out, but I am appalled by their customer service. Their contracts are vaguely worded and then they will do absolutely everything, including insisting there are things in the contract that aren’t, to keep your money. They charged me for an entire year of service even though I came to cancel on the day it was meant to renew and claimed the contract said I had to cancel by a certain date, when it didn’t say that at all (it mentions a certain date for monthly payments, not annual fees).After asking for a refund I was told the owner would be in contact with me in the next week. After a month of not hearing anything, I finally called and was told someone would call me back. Instead I got an email (not from the owner) telling me I wouldn’t receive a refund. Through a series of emails it was proved to me that the management doesn’t actually care one bit and are just after as much money as they can squeeze from you, even when it violates their own contract. I understand it’s a business but geez. I don’t want to pay for an entire year of a service I am not going to use. Unfortunately it is now too late to contest the charge, so I hope they enjoy the $40 they took from me. I will never attend this gym again and I will never recommend it. And, through all of this, I never actually talked to the owner. They never called (or if they did, they didn’t leave a voicemail). Disgusting customer service. What a joke.
