The owner of the Dublin Granville store, Matt Eagen is the rudest person. He should not be working in a customer service position and definitely should not be an owner!!!!!! We have until April 20th on the roll up the rim and I was told they stopped April 1st and I was told to take a hike in those exact words.. I won on the cups of coffee I purchased, but not able to redeem my prizes........
