I had the dis-pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons in Bellefontaine Ohio. It was filthy, disorganized and staffed by employees that appeared to be in slow motion. Ice cream cases empty, out of several products, floors that had not been sweept, tables that had been cleaned, product on the floor and every surface in the place looked as if it had not been wiper or sanitized in recent history. The outside of the building looked every bit as unkept. Employees seemed completely disinterested in serving any customers. When I asked for the manager I was told she was unavailable. I had just seen her leaving while talking on her cell phone. If anyone is interested, I took several pictures. The food (that was available) was OK. VERY disappointed!
