Feedback:

The NH locations have taken a turn for the worst. I was a member when the club opened, after a year or so, I was asked to become a trainer, which I followed through with. I USED TO LOVE TITLE!!!! As a member I noticed the surface drama that every club has. But as a trainer, seeing how management runs, the lack of communication and the weak will to do and make the right, hard decisions by the owner, Craig, has left a horrible work experience for me. The management has made several comments about how members who pay less then $90.00 a month are expendable and not as important as the current new members who pay $109.99. Now as a trainer, I made it my priority to get to know the members I hadn't gotten to know over the last few years, and meeting new/prospective members. I wrote out at least 15 different classes to keep the variety going. I know I did a great job, and was told by many on multiple occasions I did. Receiving excellent evaluations and feedback from members. Outside of this part time job, I was a huge advocate of Title, along with my fiance, going everywhere with title cards and promoting the benefits of boxing. I would promote this club during my work week as well, to about 32 people a week. Now I will be telling them the truth about my time within the club, almost 3 years, and what I experienced. Now, for anyone in the CEO role or president or VP role at the top of this company who wants to know how this club is running in NH, Please continue reading. Craig, the owner, allows a certain married head trainer to have an inappropriate relationship with a regional manager inside his club. BECAUSE HE MAKES HIM MONEY!!! Making an affair an okay ordeal. A few months ago, this affair had caused multiple issues within the club, including but not limited to a class starting almost 15 minutes late and heated discussions in the office between head trainer, general manager and member. Questioning the personal relationship, between married head trainer and a married member. Now, you should know, I am openly and honestly in a relationship with the head trainer. I was told I can no longer work in this Concord location due to my relationship with him. Now, I have been in this relationship since day one. He asked for permission to date me, then to get engaged to me, then for me to become a trainer under his head trainer role. All ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, Craig, as well as to have a huge surprise engagement at the club. All okay by the owner. Now, he has let go or lost fantastic trainers that brought in THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to his club and to you. You may want to look at the money he has lost for himself and the club in the last 2 days, THOUSANDS, and I'm sure that means you are not going to be getting a good cut from his businesses for the next few months. His poor decision making skills are killing the reputation of the business you created in corporate. He is receiving HORRIBLE feedback and reviews on social media, so much so that he had to take down the reviews on the social media accounts. Why the owner feels money is more important than morals and ethics is beyond any civilized person's mind. It honestly says alot about Craig's character and moral compass. Allowing an affair to go on within the club because its makes you "money" is morally reprehensible. He is making a mockery of the Title Boxing franchise. Everything that your websites and other club websites stand for is severely weakened by Craig's poor managerial skills and lack of ethics. You may need to review his clubs, because he can't seem to follow your guidelines for equipment that is and is not allowed in your facilities, like a squat rack for instance in 2 of 3 of his clubs.I hope my honest review of my experience within Title boxing club NH has made it to someone's desk and they are reading this now. Title used to mean something positive to everyone within the location in concord. Now it has about half looking to go elsewhere.

Feedback:

Great Experience have had nothing but good things when dealing with the Company and every trainer is very professional

Feedback:

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The customer service is terrible. And 4 months after I closed my account, they still charged me the monthly fee. DO NOT GO HERE!

Feedback:

This place is terrible. They just randomly closed one day without warning. I was signed up for a year and paid for first and last month. When they closed, a number was provided to get info. I left several messages which were never returned. I wasn’t able to get a refund. Corporate is trash because they are not willing to help the customers. It’s disgraceful that owners of these clubs steal people’s money!!! I just want someone to call me back to get a refund!

Feedback:

Great company!! Outstanding support and workout club for people interesting buying into the Franchise!!

Feedback:

Talked to the "person in charge" of cancellations after a general decline, firing of great and committed trainers for trivial things, and changing from trainers making their own routines to cookie cutter routines that never changed. I had been a part of TBC for 5 years, and loved it until corporate demanded the changes be made. I called and asked to cancel my membership. They emailed me a cancellation form and I filled it out and sent back within a couple days. I was told that I could still go for 30 days and would be charged one more time. 15 months later I am still fighting with them. I finally cut the card off. Even though, I had to cancel and move alot of other things from that card to. Which was another annoyance to add to this situation. They then had an office call me to say that I needed to pay for last month and update my card info. Which I told them absolutely not and explained my situation. The lady told me she was a 3rd party company, would notate in my account. She said she couldn't help me with my issue but to call corporate again. They now owe me over $500 in charges that should have been taken care of 15 months ago. This company sucks.

No one answers. If you have a problem with a club they DO NOT care

Feedback:

This is my message to corporate today April 17, 2017:Hello, I am a current member somehow and I am being charged still after not being at your club for a year. I tried to cancel and because there was a class going on I was not attended to and the General Manager Jim who was teaching a class at that time could not pull himself away to just give me a cancellation form. I am wishing to cancel because I no longer live in the area and I have not lived in the Greenwood Village area for almost 6 months! I was never told that my monthly membership would "Roll over" and if I avtually had a copy of the contract I would have cancelled sooner. I am a business professional and do not have time to go to your establishment and sign a form or try to be assisted and get turned down. I bet if I was a new member things would have been different. By the looks of your reviews seems that customer service is lacking in your gyms. All I want is a cancellation form to be emailed to me and that couldn't even be done. I do not wish to be communicated by phone only by email since my job requires me to be on the phone. Please have someone send me a cancellation form so I can cancel my membership as I no longer live in the Denver Tech Center area! Thank you,Roberto Villanueva

Feedback:

The management in this horrible place is unbelievable. Port Orange Florida. He is rude and couldn't give a rats behind about the members. It's all about money and HIS ego.

Declining franchise
Feedback:

This is a declining business model. Peaked at about 153 open units in 2015, opening new units every month and still declining in numbers. Only 2 out of 10 privately owned franchises are still open in the original Kansas City market after 7 years. You can expect less than 5 years in business. Only boxing workouts permitted which get old quickly, no corporate support and success of the franchisee secondary to survival of the company. Corporate goal is to sell the franchise.
