I can't remember ever writing a review for anything but the customer service that I received from Patrick Commisso, an e-store manager at Trade Secrets was top notch. There was a shipping problem with a product that I ordered online for my mom - an online mistake I made - and Patrick was back and forth numerous times, updating us constantly on the progress. He was very polite and professional and went out of his way to make a potentially stressful situation smooth and easy. Working in the professional world nearly 20 years now, its been rare that I see this level of professionalism. I would definitely order from Trade Secrets again.
