DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Getting away from the stank property as quickly as possible This is not even up to Travelodge low standards more

Extremely bad customer service!!!

Hired For: Hospitality - Hotel Franchises in 2024

What was the best part of the experience?

Nothing really aside from housekeeping only 2 or 3 members of the staff are pleasant and have good customer service. The rest are rude and have no customer Er service skills what so ever. The receptionist is mean and condescending as well as the manager who also implements Intimidation tactics with the female guests.

What would you change about the experience?

A friendlier staff that is better trained in custom service that treats their guests with respect and kindness, and a little bit of patience instead of being condescending and rude.

Feedback:

Something needs to change at the hotel no guest likes to stay somewhere where they are not treated as guests. Even when you hear them on the phone with a guest in a room, they are rude and unhelpful Like it is a burden to do their job people pay to stay at a hotel they should be treated as such.

Never have stayed here would’ve been a much better option however there isn’t much available west of Laramie

2nd worst hotel in my life The worst was full of bedbugs in New Jersey The lock did not work The TV did not work ( I was able to fix it, but no offer of maintenance to assist) Bugs came up out of the sink drain I stuck to the carpet when i got up in the morning and the carpets had dark stain and travel paths throughout Front desk was nonchalant when informed His response was ‘ well we are booked’ Paid way over the value received I’d give it a negative 10 if i could
