They have great assignments, but you do have to be weary of the people that you work with on the assignments. If you value the job itself over your self respect, and you are willing to go through anything just to keep a job then you will be fine. In reference to the DUNWOODY location: Once you report a problem, they do not advocate for you. They seem to want you hushed and out of the picture. I was subjected to some pretty harsh verbal and emotional treatment on my assignment. I reported this both to the onsite human resource and my TRC representative. I received better empathy from the jobsite HR. The onsite HR also confirmed with me that I was not alone in my complaints. Call me crazy but I do believe in professionalism and fair treatment regardless of what biased opinion you may have for someone. ( I strongly feel like I was judged by this location in particular due to my name and race. Like most uneducated groups of people I feel as if they took one look at my name and formed an opinion. If they knew better they'd know that my name means something... much like the names of many people from different cultures. I believe they took one look at my name and thought ghetto black girl. I have never been in the ghetto... my mom is bi-racial, my dad is Dominicano, I grew up upper middle class so.... yea. ) The first interview was pretty nonchalant at best, the representative seemed completely uninterested. They screwed up my first paycheck. They ran a background check on me TWICE. I have never even been ticketed before. I'm college educated. I have an extensive skillset. I catered my resume to fit the jobs they offered. I have never felt so dismissed by anyone in my entire work career. They didnt even try with me..
