Went to the location in Newport News, Va at the mall on Jefferson Ave and received the worst service ever. First had to wait 10 mins to get my ordered drink, while others came in and out and I’m just sitting looking at this, finally went up to inquire and was told somebody must had taken my drink... finally got my drink and didn’t like it... went to the cashier and told her i didn’t like it and if I could get another and Sydney informed me I shouldn’t ordered a drink I didn’t like and she was not going to make me another drink unless I pay for one. So I had asked for the manager which I was informed the manager Abel was not there however Nova the team lead came up and said yes Sydney is right we will not make you another drink unless you buy another one. As I told Nova that I am a paying customer that didn’t like my drink and want another without paying for it she went on to say you people always think you can get stuff for free and told me to call corporate cause they will tell me the same thing.... while this was happening all the staff members were laughing and giggling as if this was a joke. I will never support this chain ever again l.
