Overall Feedback:

I had some troubles with my UFC membership, and long story short I ended up calling corporate. Justine picked up the phone and she was lovely! She couldn’t give me some of the information I requested due to privacy policy which is understandable, but she gave me helpful tips and pointers on other things I can do to help my situation. She was very professional, nice, and most importantly helpful!
