I am hoping somebody reads this and ship with ANY other courier other than UPS.Lost my package of course, then asked for receipts to prove I shipped anything of value (I PAID for the insurance on the package so idk why it mattered) and then corporate said call the store, my local store said call corporate - BACK AND FORTH OVER 1 MONTH. Then I get my check from them - it is for $23.98...LESS THAN THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST AND FAR BELOW THE INSURED AMOUNT I PAID TO INSURE.Nobody at UPS, I mean NOBODY will take responsibility. I have literally given up because I don't have time for their games, eaten the cost, and have decided to tell the world how TERRIBLE of a shipping company UPS is. Oh and never ship with them again - they lost another customer for life. Wish I read their reviews first...DONT SHIP UPS, EVER.Hope this helps you test your luck with a different courier.
