Grossly incompetent in delivering their core business. Extremely rude staff.

I usually have no issues with UPS, but this time you made my mom cry.Yesterday, four days after the guaranteed delivery date, my mother received her Mother's Day gift. It included a package of swollen, rancid berries and approximately 20 mangled tulips. She was already sad that her children could not be with her on Mother's Day, then her package did not arrive on it's scheduled date, or the following day, or the day after that, or even the day after that as the tracking updates stated. She was so excited to finally receive her package, only to find a rancid mess.I paid almost $30 to have our mothers gift delivered on Saturday, May 11th. On Saturday I received an email stating the delivery date had changed to Monday, even though the tracking showed the package was in the destination city. I called ProFlowers. They told me the package was going to be delivered at 1:30PM, to disregard the email. Wonderful news. At 4:30 my mom text to say she had not received her package. I called again, asked for the status of the package and was told UPS had a delay and it would not be delivered until Monday. On Monday the delivery date changed to Tuesday, then Tuesday it changed to Wednesday. Tracking shows the box left the destination city, went to Clearwater then Orlando, then Orlando back to Clearwater, then Clearwater to Orlando again, then Orlando to Longwood, and eventually back to the destination city. When the package arrived, the exterior box was crushed, the ice pack was warm and the berry box was swollen. I don't understand the lack of urgency to deliver perishable goods. Unacceptable.

I Told them what I was shipping and they made sure they sold me a policy that did not cover anything and gave them an out in the small print . Thieves. I wish them pain suffering and disease for the rest of their immoral lives

I am hoping somebody reads this and ship with ANY other courier other than UPS.Lost my package of course, then asked for receipts to prove I shipped anything of value (I PAID for the insurance on the package so idk why it mattered) and then corporate said call the store, my local store said call corporate - BACK AND FORTH OVER 1 MONTH. Then I get my check from them - it is for $23.98...LESS THAN THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST AND FAR BELOW THE INSURED AMOUNT I PAID TO INSURE.Nobody at UPS, I mean NOBODY will take responsibility. I have literally given up because I don't have time for their games, eaten the cost, and have decided to tell the world how TERRIBLE of a shipping company UPS is. Oh and never ship with them again - they lost another customer for life. Wish I read their reviews first...DONT SHIP UPS, EVER.Hope this helps you test your luck with a different courier.
