Feedback:

Driver never even bothered to make a delivery attempt, but lied and just sent it to the depot. No notification card either, this service is probably the worst of the postal companies out there.

Feedback:

Worst shipping company ever existed. I don't know why they still exist. When they compare Canada post, Fedex or any other shipping companies you can feel that UPS is always a startup company. I have been on the same address since 6 years and I never got a call or message from intercom as drivers simply they don't care. They only drive to stick the note and throw it in any location not even necessarily the nearest location because simply "They don't care" and it's always an attempted delivery as if attempted delivery will pay them more than delivery.

Feedback:

Incompetent, lacking knowledge of who is who in their own corporate office and who can help with a consumer relations issue. Advises that I need to call yet another phone number. That person advises to call the exact same 1-800 that I just called. After the fourth person told me and it became a continuous loop , the only option is to email. Not a company I would choose for service EVER again.

Feedback:

Just all around, a terrible company. We have now moved all of our business (we are in wholesale and ship about 30 boxes per day) to another courier and have had no where near the amount of problems, as we did with UPS. In fact, we are still waiting on 1 box out of a 25 box shipment, to be FOUND by UPS. They lost our 1 package, which was shipped with the same tracking number, as the other 24 boxes. This box has been 'missing' since April 2nd and they have still not found it. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER COURIER, THAN UPS. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOB.

Feedback:

UPS was paid to deliver a package from the US to my address. because the package was being shipped from the US I was required to pay duties before the package could be delivered to my address.I contacted UPS by phone and paid the duties, the UPS representative confirmed that the package would be delivered to my house and specified the date, this was not the case. I shortly received a notification the day that the package was to arrive stating that the package was now being sent back to the sender in the US because the delivery person stated that the “apartment address was incorrect”. I did not receive a refund and UPS is now stating I must have the sender pay again to ship the items.UPS was able to place failed delivery stickers on my door step multiple times to the same address they claimed was incorrect. I even stayed home the day it was to be delivered to ensure that I would receive the package. I also had second package due to arrive from UPS as well, this was from a different sender (CostCo). I only received the one new package which had the same address and confirmed by UPS.This was a human error by UPS and they are refusing to make things right and ship the package to me, they have taken money, time and the actual item that belongs to me and simply state they cannot ship the items from the US to Canada because they don't have the ability.... I don't understand why UPS doesn't have the ability to provide the very basic service they sell.UPS has horrible customer service, they do not care about the customer experience.

Feedback:

If I can give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had good service with UPS. Their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I waited 38 min to be connected to an agent and she was extremely unhelpful and insisted that I needed the seller to open an missing parcel investigation due to their negligence. I ended up speaking to the supervisor who was suppose to send me her email so I can send her information and she never sent it. I called FedEX right after to deal with some other packages and I completed 3 tasks with them in the span of 4 minutes. Learn something from that.

Feedback:

The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.. very very very bad customer service. they don't deliver on time. always late and always drama, they don't know how to satisfied a customer. they don't care about customers, all they care about is how to take your money.. if there is a rating in negative I will give them negative -5 stars...

Feedback:

They are very reliable and they love their job. I have worked with them for a long time. Whatever most reviews are mentioned is related to UPS courier not this guys. This is The UPS Store and entirely independent entity, totally different from UPS courier.

Feedback:

I have ordered an express package valued over $900 and you failed to update me and meet the delivery date mentioned by any stretch of the imagination. Not only did i take the day off but the package was ordered specifically in a time frame for a birthday as well as potential losses have been incurred because of the late package. the package sat idle for an entire day. you refuse to give a refund or credit. the information on your website is illegal misleading and wrong something should be done.

Feedback:

Don't want to take responsibility for their stores and likes to blame customers and dodge dealing with complaints.Person hung up on me after accusing me of making false accusations for bringing up a suspicion of parcel theft by UPS Store #36.UPS Store #36 is run liars that won't own their mistakes and make any excuse to avoid fault. From my experience the UPS Store Corporate HQ is leading by example. It seems that lying to customers and not taking responsibility is Corporate Policy.I will be filing a complaint with the Competition Bureau Canada(Federal Government Agency dealing with stuff like this, false advertising, etc. They fine big companies big money sometimes.) I would recommend others do the same.
