We had our full house insulated the attic/ main level walls and the did the upper areas of the basement. They made it quick painless and clean. They quoted to be there 8:30-9:30 and were there at 9 and finished everything at 2. Our installation guys were Cory, Robert and Ricky. You could instantly feel a difference in the house even while it was getting installed. I highly reccomend them!

I just want to start by saying WOW! We have had an amazing experience with USA Insulation. They have made the process easy from the moment we scheduled the estimate. He was so thorough taking his time with us on a Saturday. Answering all of our questions and providing us with information about the process and what would happen. The experience only got better from there. They showed up on September 11, 2019 as promised the MOST professional and polite group of people. This was a long hot day for them. they never acted too tired to answer a question and moved as quickly as possible to get everything done. With the amount of work they had to do at our home I thought for sure we would have alot to cleanup. Just like they promised-SPOTLESS! Throughout the install they checked their work and the house. Then again at the end a very thorough walk through. Right before leaving the foreman talked with us one last time. They kept us updated clear through this process. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering this. There were other companies that offered a cheaper product, but we chose USA insulation because there product and people are the best in the business. Thank you for a job well done!

I have used USA Insulation on 3 different homes over the years starting way back in the 1980's. On every occasion the job was done by courteous and professional workers. I have measured drops in my energy bills comparing before and after installation.My most recent insulation job was done on a small ranch home in Avon Lake in October 2018. As before, everything was done in a neat and tidy fashion. Workers answered all my questions, did top-notch installation work and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Price I paid was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had obtained. Will recommend to friends and family.

We had our home insulated over the summer. At the time the sales representative and installers were polite, timely and communicative. As we transitioned into winter we started having problems. First, our bathroom was very cold. Then we started having pipes freeze. Our sink and toilet stopped working on cold days and started working again when the weather warmed. We called and left messages for weeks without reply. It took more than 4 weeks to get a return call. Another 2 weeks for someone to come “diagnose” the problem. It was quickly apparent that the install was not done correctly, parts of the home were missed or under insulated. The soonest they could get someone out to address the issue was 2 more weeks. On the scheduled repair day our appointment was cancelled due to cold weather after the appointment window and scheduled for the next week. The next week came and after the appointment window someone showed up without the equipment to make the repair. After another round of calling everyday we sill do not have an appointment for repairs. We have dozens of phone call to USA Insulation without response. Justin, the project manager has never in 2+ months returned a call, despite the office workers ensuring us he would call “by the end of day”. We have had freezing pipes and non-functioning Plumbing for 2+ months without any resolution in sight. It appears they were happy to take our money, but have no intention of following through with doing the job right. I would not recommend anyone use this company. We were sold on third party financing so we could take advantage of 0% APR, but now we have no recourse to seek financial restitution.
