Very attentive staff, my nurse was Teresa and she took the time to listen to my body's needs and recommended the most optimal solution at an affordable rate. She even offered me oxygen and a blanket during my treatment.. Made my intravenous experience less nerve wrecking

I feel scammed! Definitely will not be recommending this business to anyone! There is miscommunication with the people who work here. I called in about an issue and Rebecca Bost was completely useless and lacked knowledge on assisting me. She wasn’t even able to point me in the right direction. I’m continuously being charged for service I never use. You all have to do better.

I personally haven’t had any treatments here, but my wife went here after she had severe nausea and dehydration for 3 days. Unfortunately, the nausea was being caused by a severe type 1 diabetic reaction and the nurse recognized that she needed to be at a hospital and not Vida-Flo. So, the nurse called me to come pick my wife up, as it was not safe for her to drive, put her in a wheelchair, and waited outside with her for almost 20 minutes until I arrived. Now that is going above and beyond! They didn’t charge us a penny either.

This place is horrible! They ask you for a tip. Tip for what im already paying 200 for you to administer an IV!!!When i go to the doctor and they adminster a IV they dont ask for a tip. Ridiculous!!

I walked in feeling depleted, dehydrated , headachey and too nauseated to speak in complete sentences. I walked out with a huge smile on my face, beaming because every cell in my body was thanking me for going to Vida-Flo.

I was hesitant about visiting the facility, but since I was feeling so bad I decided to at least try it. The staff was very helpful and although my blood pressure was initially to high, they waited for it to come down so that I could receive treatment. My treatment took longer than normal because of my IV placement, but I never felt rushed. The staff continued to check on me and made me feel extremely cared for. My experience was great and I truly felt better afterwards. It truly works.

Got in early the morning after my best friend's wedding and completely avoided a horrible day after that would have normally been full of debilitating headaches and nausea. The staff members were very kind and helped me get in and out in time for brunch!

A sales clerk took out my IV and I was badly bruised for a week. I am never going to this location again.
