Client Review on Vida-Flo The Hydration Station

I cancelled my membership with Vida-Flo on January 18, 2019 via email. So I have a record of it. They continued to run my credit card until I noticed it in May. I called multiple times and each time they said the manager would have to return my call. They ran my card again in June. I called again with the same run around and nobody returned my call. I called again today and they said they did show that I cancelled in January but that they were going through some changes at the the time and failed to cancel it. They said they could not issue a refund though as the time frame had expired. Just got off the phone with my credit card company and they are taking care of it. Beware of this company.This is the response I got from the owner: "Patrick, each time you contacted us we said you simply need to fill out our cancellation form which we sent to you on multiple occasions. As with most contracts and memberships there are rules. In addition to not sending in a completed membership cancellation form you did not complete the 6-month period for which you enrolled. We have a signed copy of that document if you would like for us to forward it to you."All contracts and memberships have rules. I have followed all your rules. You are the one who is breaking them and not telling the truth. I filled out the cancellation form the very first day I asked to cancel back on January 18th. You did not send it to me on "multiple occasions" because I filled it out and emailed back to you on the same day. Your employee even told me on the phone yesterday that she sees my cancellation form dated January 18th. She said you were in a hectic time of change and failed to process it. I can't believe you are behaving this way. I would be more than happy to post the email chain. I had been with you for over a year when I cancelled so I don't know what you're talking about when you say I didn't complete a 6-month period. Please do send me any and all documents you have with my signature on it. In the end it doesn't matter what lies you tell because Capital One Visa is in the process of taking my stolen money back from you.
