I have eaten at the O'Charleys in St. Peters, Mo. on a fairly regular basis and have always been very happy with the service and the menu. I have been eating low carb for 8 years and can usually find something (other than a hamburger with no bun) on most menus. At O'Charleys, that menu item was the Chicken Bruschetta with a side of broccoli . Today I had lunch with a friend at O'Charleys and found that the menu had changed. Not only did you take the Chicken Bruschetta off the menu entirely, you didn't have any grilled chicken items that didn't include breading or pasta. I am truly disappointed in your menu change and will not be frequenting your restaurant again.
