# 1 - people eat breakfast everyday but you guys think people don't eat breakfast during the week only on the weekends. #2- free pie Wednesday is free pie Wed for everyone that does not have kids. Yeah I am not impressed O'Charleys

While eating at the village inn location at 14539 W. Grand Ave. Surprise, AZ I had maggots on top of my pancakes. I was half way through and sharing with my 10 month old son. This restaurant is gross and I will never be back.

Because the O'Charleys in Bellevue got my to go order wrong yesterday, I was forced to eat the overloaded potato soup instead of the chicken harvest soup I ordered. That potato soup is HORRIBLE!!! It is SO SALTY and tastes like it's made with cheese whiz. They may want to consider changing the recipe and making the soup with real ingredients and taking out some of the salt.

I applied for a host position at ocharleys for the antioch location.i was contacted back for a scheduled interview for tuesday at 3 pm. When i went to the interview the manager told me that they are looking for boh (back of house) but i applied for the host position. She responded with well i noticed that you have had experience with cooking if thats something your interested in doing..if i wanted to work in the kitchen i would have applied for the ad that said cooks wanted. I think its very unprofessional to schedule an interview knowing that the person applied for a hosting position but when the person gets there its all about another position that they never wanted or even applied for. I don't understand why i was contacted if the host position was not what was needed but was posted as what they needed. I now understand why they are looking to hire people sounds like poor management. I will never apply for another position for any company that american blue ribbon is apart of.i hope who ever the president of this company is knows whats going on and fixes the major issues because eventually its going to destroy them. Best of luck and i honestly hope someone contacts me back since i did call the number to speak to someone about the issue. If i could give no stars that definitely would be my selection..the only reason they got one is because i was contacted back after i put an application in.other than that its been the worst experience ever.

Me and my wife ate at O'Charley on north keystone ave @ Glendale on June 9 2017. I write this only as a warning to others. Unless you like slow service, stale chips tasteless food and for Gods sake don't order the artichoke dip (a culinary experiment gone horribly wrong) Hell we even had to wait to be seated because of a shift change. I guess they couldn't handle the large crowd of perhaps twelve people scattered about already. (sarcasm intended) Not worth a call to the restaurant to complain it was quite clear from our last visit that they don't care. And we wouldn't return under any circumstance anyway. Not worthy of the 1 star given but I was forced to choose it it order to post this review.

O'Charley's, Valley View Mall, Roanoke, Va. My husband and I just discovered O'Charley's when a local establishment had a special on gift cards. We went a couple of times and I decided I wanted to try the Sunday brunch because the Eggs Benedict looked good and I love Eggs Benedict. So we went today, a Sunday. I didn't even have to look at the menu because I had decided days before. I should've taken a picture because it was SAD. My "poached eggs" were overly cooked hard boiled eggs with the whites trimmed down to less than 1/16 of an inch. The "yellows" were gray nearly all the way through meaning they were cooked way too long. There was a smattering of hollandaise sauce - perhaps a tablespoon per muffin half. Hardly enough for tastes, much less enough to make up for the over cooked dry egg yolk with just a skin of white. I doubt there was Canadian bacon on the muffin as it was not round nor the thickness of Canadian bacon. The parmesan potato slices that came with it did not have one speck of parmesan, or any type of seasoning whatsoever. Just fried potato slices. For $11 It was the worse meal ever. The waitress and the manager both came by shortly after we sat down and asked if everything was okay -- before we even got our drinks, much less our meals! We were NEVER asked again if everything was okay after we got our meals. My son's burger was not cooked the way he asked and the tomato was so not fresh that it tasted bitter. Gave it 2 stars because the 2 times we went on Thursdays it was okay. Food was not bad. But because kids eat free every day and parents don't know how to parent any more, kids are in there loud and uncontrolled. Last time a mother let her barely 3 year old squeal and run through the restaurant, with no shoes! When he squealed while running by our table it startled me and I mumbled "seriously." She was ready to fight me. We used the last of our gift cards and won't go back. Terrible experiences. Also. Just try to find a way on the Net to contact either corporate or the local store to email them a complaint. YOU CAN'T. More proof they don't care. Back down to 1 star!

We have been in the comics for 30 or so years. I have been in the restaurant/ food industry for about the same. Our O place has gone down hill over the last year. I have issues with the service and management. Mixed drinks set in front of a 4 year old. All bright with fruit on it. Um not cool. Dirty tables all threw the place,has you wait 30 to 45 min to be sat. In healthy adults, depending on the type of food catamanion, food poison presents in 7 to 12 ours. But study's have shown some are sooner. In toddlers and elderly or people with amine system problems,it can in 2 to 6 hours. My god daughter 2 years old received spoiled sauce on pizza and was sick. When this was brought to the management it was rudely stated that it was to soon. Serve safe test show that she is wrong. Heck Google it. I am a foodie I also am a professional. If you don't want to do your job find a new one.Hospatilty is a industry in its self. You can be holding people's lives in the palm of your hand. The O'Charlies in Hixson TN needs a over hall. Or needs to close.
