Worst restoration company I have ever seen, folks are cheat, they say something and do something else. First and foremost thing is, they will have you sign the contract and then will disappear, won't respond to any form of communication afterwards. Once you sign the contract you are obliged to pay 25% of the total estimate of the repair (provided by insurance) if you decide to go with a different restoration company. Be careful before you sign. The founder is a crazy guy and worst in the lot. Never believe him, he will show lot of rosy pictures and will not do anything. All they are behind money and no work. Folks I worked with are unprofessional and do not know to deal with a customer.Mr. Nolan (so called CEO of Regal restoration) is a fraudster, crazy and liar. He tried to connect me in all possible means including sending me a facebook request, I ignored him. His false commitment gave me and my few friends months of sleepless nights. Regal is going to be out of business soon because of their careless service and people in Atlanta knows very well, all good reviews are from their own people from different ids. I should have given them a negative rating if I had an option.
