We received a quote from one of those "fly by night" roofing companies following some hail and wind damage. When we asked them for proof of Insurance - POOF they vanished! We reached out to Regal to verify the findings and worked with Shawn McClimon. Shawn did a great job confirming findings and what could be done to resolve. He worked with the insurance adjuster and really stepped us through the entire process. He was always very professional, courteous, and prompt. I was amazed at how easy he made everything, even dealing with our HOA concerning samples. It really was the most stress free repair I have ever been involved with in my 25+ years as a home owner!Even on the day the project started. The guys showed up well prepared, very professional start to finish, and they finished all in the same day....and its a huge roof with steep pitch! We were blown away! The did a great job of cleanup afterwards as well. The industrial dumpster was gone the very next day, as was the leftover materials from the driveway.Start to finish, by far the best experience! We upgraded to architectural shingles with ridge venting, and now our neighbors are jealous and inquiring. Without hesitation, would recommend and I am pushing my neighbors in their direction!
