Feedback:

I signed up for Vonage Business for one reason.....we needed a business line that displays our company name. They were not able to have the caller id properly show our company name. I submitted two tickets with the help desk and continued to have the same issue. When I called to cancel they wanted to charge a large fee for the hardware. I explained that if they were able to correct offer the service I was promised I wouldn't be cancelling.The customer service rep was rude and not interested in helping. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time! No customer service and simply not interested in resolving issues.

Their Customer service sucks. They intentionally will not take payments from customer in order to cancel and put lots of fee, even they wanted to pay they will forcefully send it collections. Their agents dont respond to emails when we ask for assistance very bad experience. When we tried to request adjustment they ask proofs they put up prices every one week

Don't waste your time or money. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I had a number, for my business, that I had been using for 10+ years. A month ago it stopped working. When I called Vonage they say they cant find the number. We have countless hours and calls into them with no luck.Update....It has taken many phone calls to cancel the service. They keep charging my cc. Buyers beware.

Worst experience ever. The sales department lies to you and the account managers support their actions by not trying to assist you. Instead of trying to solve the issue they tried to sell me more service. This was very comical, never experienced anything like that. Vonage only cares about making the sale and then stranding you in an island.

I agree with the person below.....went from one horrible company, Comcast....to another...Vonage! I can't get a resolution to any problem I have. I can't get a call back two days after a repair ticket was turned in. DON'T SIGN ON WITH THESE GUYS!

went from one sorry customer service company (Comcast) to vonage. With my stupidity all we did was add one another sorry company to the mix. Vonage subcontracts out to Comcast so now have two companies which provide bad service and bad customer service. Our service has been spotty for last three months. Our internet and phones have both been spotty. Don't do it, if you are thinking about switching to Vonage.

Absolute worst company to contact. I received over a dozen harassing phone calls in one week with no voicemail left. I will never do business with us company.
