went from one sorry customer service company (Comcast) to vonage. With my stupidity all we did was add one another sorry company to the mix. Vonage subcontracts out to Comcast so now have two companies which provide bad service and bad customer service. Our service has been spotty for last three months. Our internet and phones have both been spotty. Don't do it, if you are thinking about switching to Vonage.
