Located at 715 Columbia Street, New Westminster, it Waves Coffee looks more spacious than others, it even has a meeting room for 8 people. But for parking, it is a nice place for meetings.

Front staff are friendly but mostly quiet. One of who I’m guessing was an executive came out and was super nice and chatty. The corporate office is in the back.

Like the high ceilings and Charing atmosphere of this Waves coffee outlet. The counter staff were fairly nice although they could have given more options for my hot chocolate when I was placing the order. I've never been to Waves Coffee so didn't know how to order. I had no idea I could vary the type of milk or sweetness of the drink as I had already ordered dark chocolate as it is
