Your staff needs to be explained what customer service is. We walked here with a friend on Friday around 9:30pm and for the good 5 minutes barista wouldn't even acknowledge us as she was busy cleaning. When I asked if we could order she told me to wait. Finally, she came by and when I ordered tea and deserts she warned us that the shop was closing in 30 minutes... If we looked like someone incapable of finishing deserts in half hour, why would you make us wait?! I couldn't enjoy the tea after this incident. This condescending treatment ruined my night.
