Do not use this company. Never would use them again. I purchased a plan “Cosmetic repairs insurance” though a Volvo main dealer when buying a new car. Car Care Plan (The insurance company the plan is with) sent DWV to fix a stone chip on my car. The DWV technician caused over £2k worth of damage to my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to about the damaged agreed on the course of action required until the DWV, in my opinion, used a loop hole to wriggle out of paying the bill. After over a month and a huge amount of time off work the outcome was that the bill would only be partially paid by Car Care Plan and DWV. This left me around £1000 out of pocket and a brand new car that is a large amount of new parts. In my opinion avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth risking making a claim. Just use the money you saved to send you car somewhere proper straight away.
