Awful company! They changed their call out date with no explanation. Rang their call centre and they hung up three times because it was nearing closing time. Hearing one person scoff while she hung up.

Truly shocking company to deal with. I booked 2 appointments, both fail to show. For the third appointment, I booked a morning slot and the repair van didn't turn up till 3pm.

There's bad, then there's Dent Wizard.....There's bad, there's really bad, thens there's Dent Wizard Ventures.I was under the impression that if you were a business you'd either be buying, selling, securing contracts and at some point dealing with the general public. So, given that, how is it that Dent Wizard Ventures have the inability to delivery a service which they appear to be offering. What they do offer is simple. Cancelled appointments, dont bother to turn up when you get an appointment, wait for weeks to get another appointment then cancel that. Try calling them? Dont bother. You'll spend more time on the phone than a reputable company would do repairing you car the right way.Senior Management - Have they got any? If they have they clearly dont bother coming to work. Whats the point. The company they manage dont do anything other than let down the public.

Do not use Dent Wizard UK. Image 1 is the damage Dent Wizard was supposed to fix. Image 2 shows how the scuff mark looked AFTER the so called 'Technician' had left. Compounded by the fact I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, which was supposed to be a morning appointment, the 'Technician' arrived at 1pm.I have made a complaint to Dent Wizard to repair the damage. So far they have ignored my calls and emails. Now I'll have no alternative but to make a complaint to the Police for Criminal Damage if they continue to ignore me.

Terrible experience with this company. I have paid for this product with BMW. The first time I was booked they cancelled my appointment due to an IT problem and my next appointment was at least 6 weeks later. Then they cancelled me on the morning they were due to arrive. Today I have stayed in all day and they didn’t turn up. I am going to put a complaint into BMW. Dreadful company.

Same as all the other reviews online. Took weeks to finally obtain a booking date, waited in all morning (as per my booking slot) no one turned up and no communication at all.... I didn't hear anything. When the appointment slot was missed, I called Dent Wizard but after 40 minutes on hold I gave up. I emailed a complaint with a read receipt but unfortunately no one has bothered to reply. I have no choice but to use this company due to the insurance I paid with BMW. A week passed after my missed appointment and still no communication. Finally got through to them and have been rebooked.... I wont hold my breath.GLAD I DIDNT HOLD MY BREATH! Scheduled in for the 25th Sept to be called to say engineer's van has broken down.... laughable. I have contacted BMW and requested a full refund, I don't want this company anywhere near my car.BMW have offered to repair my car free of charge and advised me CarePlan will be refunding my original payment in full.

Truly, TRULY awful. Had a few appointments missed by them without even having the decency to contact me. Twice I rang up on two different days asking to confirm a more specific time only to be told my appointment was cancelled . People on the phone inept and apathetic to the point of brain damage, can't tell you which apppappoint is for which detail and just kept repeating 'dent' like some sort of morose toddler. Terrible customer service and only used them because I bought scratch insurance with my car. Despite all this the bloke that came to do the scratch was alright and did a decent job that eclipsed the efforts of everyone else from his outfit.Dispicable. Apathetic. Terrible. Useless. God-awful.If you ever by scratch/bodywork insurance please please please look up the name of the company provider. If it's this mob turn & run a mile.
