The actual work carried out has been flawless for the 3 times i have used them. However, my last claim was submitted in July this year and it's now near the end of October and they still haven't come back to me to arrange a date to visit, even though I have tried numerous times to contact them. Admin standards have slipped dramatically which is a great shame as previous service levels were superb :-(
