We called about a trapped skunk and Doug came out to remove it. Turns out the skunk escaped the trap so he made sure the trap was set right and protected so the skunk would enter the trap. Once night time hit, we heard the trap and Sure enough, it was trapped! I texted him at 11 pm and he said he would come get it in the morning. He texted me the next morning saying they would come straight over from Church and they did! Took off with the skunk and our trap but generously left another trap to replace the one he took. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

BEWARE we had an awful experience with Logan Jeff and Mike. We paid 6000.00 for services that this company dropped the ball on for 40 days. Because of the their neglect we are having to replace all our carpet throughout our home. Zero follow thru and zero communication.

Mike has visited our building 3 times and is always a pleasure to work with. His level of professionalism is top notch, and he always answers his phone and is willing to assist in times of need. Worst experience I've ever had with any contractor. Said they would get rid of moles in my yard. After initial visit I had to call every time for them to move or change traps. Absolute waste of my money.

*AND YES IT'S YOU BECAUSE 5 INDIVIDUALS CALLED TO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS AND ASKED THAT I PLEASE REMOVE MY REVIEW, SO DON'T LIE WITH YOUR RESPONSE* I called this company on Saturday, after I encountered a snake under my house. The guy who answered took down all my information, verified that they did service my area, and set an appointment for Monday after 4:15 because they could not come down on the weekend. He said that he could not interrupt the workers while they were with their families. I received a call around lunch time today (monday) saying that they didn't serve "the area" where they assumed I lived. Apparently they decided to guess my area by my cell phone's area code, and didn't actually bother writing down the address and information that I gave them on Saturday. Furthermore, they didn't even put me on the schedule for today at all and didn't know whether they could put me on it today. Seriously, if this is the way they handle a call, what could I expect of the job. I decided to call them back to cancel anything if they even wrote anything down the 3rd time, but they wouldn't answer my 3 attempts and any of the phone numbers I had. I had to leave a message. This is how much they cared about the concerns of a potential new customer: Big Fat 0, and the # I wish i could leave in this review!

Martin Salinas (Houston area team leader; work completed in Houston) and his team did an outstanding job on a difficult assignment removing bees in the eaves area of our attic/ roof. There were multiple hives and the job required several visits ( in addition to attic fogging and outside exterminating before they could really get started with removal of the hives). Martin et al was professional and highly responsive to all our questions and concerns and even checked up/ followed up on his work and service. If there was an issue, Martin made it right. Highly recommend!

Jason came out to my place in Huntsville Ar, and assessed my bat problem ! He gave me a quote and returned to relocate these critters!I know they are protected in Arkansas and I am glad but had no desire to have them in my house !Jason explained the process and the bats flew out once they smelled this horrible non toxic spray ! There were sooooo many !! Very creepyHe then sanitized the windows and screened them so they couldn't return .Would recommend Jason to anyone having a problem !!
