*AND YES IT'S YOU BECAUSE 5 INDIVIDUALS CALLED TO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS AND ASKED THAT I PLEASE REMOVE MY REVIEW, SO DON'T LIE WITH YOUR RESPONSE* I called this company on Saturday, after I encountered a snake under my house. The guy who answered took down all my information, verified that they did service my area, and set an appointment for Monday after 4:15 because they could not come down on the weekend. He said that he could not interrupt the workers while they were with their families. I received a call around lunch time today (monday) saying that they didn't serve "the area" where they assumed I lived. Apparently they decided to guess my area by my cell phone's area code, and didn't actually bother writing down the address and information that I gave them on Saturday. Furthermore, they didn't even put me on the schedule for today at all and didn't know whether they could put me on it today. Seriously, if this is the way they handle a call, what could I expect of the job. I decided to call them back to cancel anything if they even wrote anything down the 3rd time, but they wouldn't answer my 3 attempts and any of the phone numbers I had. I had to leave a message. This is how much they cared about the concerns of a potential new customer: Big Fat 0, and the # I wish i could leave in this review!
