WingStop Eubank Rd, Albuquerque, NM. Ordered the $15.99 special with 3 wing flavors, then parmesean corn, and fries- NO seasoning....Order to go because it's Friday night & I have homework ( All MBA Students have homework). $30 and 40 miles later we get home to find the fries all were seasoned (I cannot eat any seasonings!) the corn was cajun- NOT parmesean so no corn for me, and the BBQ wings were HOT not mild....so none of those for me either. We called the store and were told to bad, so sad...come back and they will fix it....Uh huh, did ya' catch the part about 40 miles!? Will NOT be spending my money at this franchise again!

Customer Service is horrible. These young kids don’t want to do their job right. But they know all about Facebook. Wingstop in Garland off of broadway and 30 suck.

I visit the Wingstop in euless tx on hardwood crossing often but the cook or want to be manager Anthony will be the reason I stop coming. I typically spend about $30 or more every Monday, Sunday and Thursday but here lately he been messing up my orders. I asked for a return on 10/7/2017 and he stated they don't do refunds. I'm like ok whatever just remake my order I'll be back tomorrow (10/8/2017). However when I go back to get the order remade he setting up for opening, blew his nose and walked to the backroom and was playing with boxes and came back up. Sadly Not once did I see this man wash his hands. After all that he asked me how did I want my wings...no! I'll be contacting corporate soon as they open in the am, forget those wings I rather go to Buffalo wild wings or Buffalo wings and rings in Arlington.

I think wing stop should bring back the hot lemon pepper wings and put that permanently on the menu it’s very popular thing on social media....and they actually are delicious.... it’s like the promo was a tease to our taste buds

Location got my order wrong I called and they said bring the order back and prove it is wrong!! I was on lunch I didn't have time to take it back so I stopped eating 5 wings in of the 8 piece they gave me (supposed to be 10 piece garlic parm. they gave me lemon pepper) I took it back as soon as I got off and he said I ate the food he would do NOTHING. He paraded the food around and asked people to count the wings!! He took the rest of the food and threw it away!!! Corporate did NOTHING as well.!! I paid for something I didn't order and lost my time. My favorite place to eat will never see me again. I mean he even threw away the wrong order he gave me Horrible experience....

Called Lakewood WA location.... placed order after being on hold for 5 minutes when I got there wings were sitting on counter. ..hurried home to feed the family. As I opened the container, bbq wings were naked wings with bbq sauce barely clinging on. Wings over cooked. ..called store was on hold another 6 minutes, was told mgr couldn't speak to me and was too busy. ....store wasnt busy when I picked up wings for there not to be a mgr avail...
